Terms and Conditions for Landlords

1. Introduction

Welcome to CM EasyRent Solutions. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

We offer property management services including tenant screening, maintenance, and rental collection.

3. Obligations of Landlords

  • Provide accurate and complete property details.
  • Ensure the property complies with all local regulations.
  • Cooperate with our team for inspections and maintenance.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Service fees are agreed upon in the management contract.
  • Payments are due as per the terms outlined in the contract.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice. Any outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation.

8. Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Terms and Conditions for Guests

 

1. Introduction

By booking with CM EasyRent Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to check-in receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in is from 3 PM on the arrival date.
  • Check-out is by 11 AM on the departure date.
  • Late check-out may incur additional fees.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Maintain the property in good condition.
  • Report any damages or issues immediately.
  • Adhere to property-specific rules and regulations.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

7. Termination of Stay

We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities.
